What is Personal Data exactly and when is it created?

In short, when you use my website including the contact form, personal data gets created and collected. I collect information that you voluntarily provide to me through responses to surveys, search functions, questionnaires, feedback, forms, blog comments and similar. I may also ask you to provide additional information such as your email address and your location if you want to obtain additional services, information, participate in activities or events or to resolve concerns.
